Using the ClearCheck Platform
Generating a Background Check Report
ClearCheck is designed to generate a single, standard employment background check report through a simple and consistent workflow. All report generation is performed within the secure ClearCheck dashboard.
Starting a Report
From the dashboard, the user begins a new background check by entering the required candidate information into the input fields provided.
The platform supports one predefined report configuration. No report type or workflow selection is required.
Entering Candidate Information
To generate a report, the user must provide the required candidate details. Depending on the available data, this may include:
Full legal name
State or jurisdiction
Email address or phone number (if applicable)
Social Security Number (US-only, where permitted)
All information entered is used solely to generate the requested background check report.
Submitting the Report
Once the required fields are completed, the user initiates the report by clicking the “Report” button.
At the time of submission:
The required number of credits is deducted from the user’s account
The report request is created and added to the reports list
The report status is displayed within the dashboard
ClearCheck does not provide a separate review or confirmation step prior to submission.
Report Processing and Availability
After submission, the report is processed automatically.
Some report components may complete immediately
Others may require additional processing time
The user can track the report status directly from the dashboard until the report is completed.
Once ready, the report can be downloaded as a single, professional document suitable for internal employment screening review.
