Troubleshooting & Support

In Clearcheck, the customer’s needs are what's important so, the admins of this website dedicated a full page for this purpose. The user can express his needs, problems he ran into and request an explanation all through the creation of a ticket in the support page. The user can access the support page from the left menu by clicking on the word ‘support’. In this page, the user can create a ticket, monitor already created tickets for updates or delete irrelevant tickets.

Clicking on the ‘+create new ticket’ button will open a popup where the user can insert details about his ticket.

In the ticket, the user can provide specific requests or descriptions of a problem that he faced while using the system in the ticket name and summary fields.

The user can also determine the type of the ticket to help the support agent determine where exactly the problem lies by choosing a type from the drop-down list under the ticket type field.

The user can also attach files in order to further explain the issue to the support agent.

Clicking on ‘create ticket’ will directly send the ticket to one of the support agents where he will provide the help and assistance needed to the user.

The user can see the list of the created tickets in the support page. Clicking on one of the user’s created tickets will open a popup where the user can see details of his ticket, delete the ticket by clicking on the ‘delete ticket’ button, or insert a few comments to reply to the support agent.
